Team Development Workshop

Achieve greater productivity, cooperation, teamwork and improved relationships through understanding, respecting and valuing different communication styles, clarifying team vision, structure and process.  

Objectives:

• Clarify team vision, goals, process and roles & responsibilities.

• Reduce conflict in one-on-one and team situations.

• Improve decision making, communication and feedback.

• Understand the impact of different communication styles with one-on-one and team interactions, motivation and goals. 

• Accept the value that different styles bring to the team…learning to interact with people who are different.

• Enhance individual and team performance through adapting your communication style.

• Manage nonverbal behaviors to reinforce the intent of messages.

• Listen actively to improve communication.

Each workshop is customized to meet team needs.

Optional: Prior to the workshop, each participant completes the DiSC Classic online assessment. Participants will each receive an individual DiSC Classic Report and DiSC Group Culture Report during the workshop.
