Our practical talent solutions, consulting and coaching are grounded in business goals and developed collaboratively with clients to maximize organizational fit and commitment. Bergeron AssociatesSM, strategic advisors in talent management, delivers its services in one or more of the following ways.
Assessment
Assessment involves a several day effort to produce a snapshot of your current state based on interviews, data collection and analysis and best practices and tools. We summarize our findings in a report that includes strengths, opportunities for improvement and preliminary recommendations.
Projects
Short term needs may be best addressed through a specific project(s) completed over a pre-determined period of time. The design and implementation of specific talent solutions are more easily implemented using this approach.
Retainer
Retainer arrangements are ideal for clients that have multiple on-going needs: some anticipated and some not. This type of arrangement allows you the flexibility to raise new challenges and us the flexibility to provide ongoing support for addressing those challenges.
Interim Executive
For a limited number of clients we operate as a virtual part-time executive to lead change in organizational performance, learning & development and / or Human Resources.
Coaching
We operate as an executive coach for people, usually for a two to six month period, to help them assimilate into the new organization, develop key leadership competencies, get ready for their first leadership role, prepare for executive leadership responsibilities and develop the skills and know-how to implement talent management solutions.
