Learning Objectives:

• Understand the impact of different communication styles with one-on-one and team interactions, motivation and goals. 

• Accept the value that different styles bring to the team…learning to interact with people who are different.

• Enhance individual and team performance through adapting your communication style.

• Reduce conflict in one-on-one and team situations.

• Improve communication and feedback.

• Manage nonverbal behaviors to reinforce the intent of messages.

• Listen actively to improve communication.

Prior to the workshop, each participant completes the DiSC Classic online assessment. Participants will each receive an individual DiSC Classic Report and DiSC Group Culture Report during the workshop.
